Learn to Skate - learn all the basics of how to rollerskate, balance, glide, stride, stop and even skate backward! A full body workout designed to get you in shape for any style of skating. Full Body dynamic workout on roller skates if you have those skills: come skate it out.
Even learn to put some of your moves to song and learn the basics of roller dance.
Roller skates and safety equipment will be provided. If you have your own helmet, please bring it.
